If you attend the inspection, you may pay then with a check or cash.

Payment must be made before the report will be emailed to you and your realtor.

1001sf. to 1500sf. $400.00

1501sf. to 2000sf. $440.00

 2001sf. to 2500sf. $480.00

2501sf. to 3000sf. $520.00

3001sf. to 3500sf. $580.00

3501sf. to 4000sf. $640.00

4001sf. to 4500sf. $700.00

4501sf. to 5000sf. $780.00

5001sf. to 5500sf. $860.00

5501sf. to 6000sf. $960.00

6001sf. and above - Please call for a quote.

Additional Charges:

Homes built before 1970   Add $60.00

Homes with addt'l. Guest House   Add $150.00
